About Company – Davangere Sugar
Established in 1970, Davangere Sugar Company Limited (DSCL) is a manufacturer of sugar and sugar products. The company is located at Kukkuvada village, 15 km from Davanagere city in the state of Karnataka. They have a sugar plant with a current capacity of 5,000 TCD. In the year 2012, the capacity of the sugar plant was increased from 3500 TCD to 5000 TCD. The total Chinese unit buildings cover an area of ​​approximately 2,83,874 square feet. There are three big go-down facilities for storing sugar with a capacity to store 1,00,000 quintals to 1,50,000 quintals. In addition, two warehouses with a capacity to store 100,000 quintals and 1,75,000 quintals of sugar are under construction, which are expected to be completed by June 2014.
